On top of the motivation to show up, you also have to quiet that judgmental voice in your head that tries to bring you down. Way easier said than done. We are all guilty of it, but we don't have to give into it! Celebrate your victories. Celebrate the fact that you showed up! Celebrate the struggle and impending growth you'll experience!
